1. The promoter is mo.be store
2. The competition is open to residents of USA aged 18 years or over. Entrants must be, and by entering any competition warrant that they are, individuals with legal capacity, 18 years or older, and reside in the USA.
3. There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this competition.
4. By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.

6. Closing date for entry will be 20^thSeptember 2020. After this date, no further entries to the competition will be permitted.
7. No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.
8. The following persons are ineligible to enter the competition:

• employees of, or contractors to the Promoter, its subsidiaries and related corporations so far as they are directly associated with this Competition; and
• the spouse, de facto spouse, parent, natural or adopted child, and sibling (whether natural or adopted by a parent), of such employees and contractors (whether or not they live in the same household).

9. All entrants acknowledge that even if the Promoter only learns of a person’s ineligibility after the Promoter has appeared to award the Prize to the ineligible person, it may require the return of the Prize or payment of its value to the Promoter to be dealt with as an unclaimed Prize.

11. If you are chosen as the winner, our team will message you via DM (from @mo.bestore) for your shipping address and size from THIS ACCOUNT ONLY. This giveaway is ‘free’ and we will pay for shipping. We will never ask you for any other information besides the necessary to confirm the terms of the giveaway so please be aware of fake accounts. Once the shipping is complete, we will send you the tracking number.
12. Should you win, we will ask you to provide us with your Full name, sizes and shipping address in the USA. Once we get a confirmation from you and verify your eligibility, we will announce you as the winner(s) of our giveaway. There are 5 winners in total.
13. The winning entrants will be selected by mo.be store following the end of the competition period through a random draw.
14. The 5 randomly selected valid entries for the competition will win an item of apparel (which the winners can choose from either one T-shirt, Sweatshirt or Hoodie) from our top selling collection – The Invent Collection.
15. be store reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of our control.
16. In reasonable discretion, mo.be store shall determine the verification tests and procedures.
    ID that includes a photograph, proof of age and identity may be required.
    be store will request a receipt and acknowledgement of these terms and conditions that the winner must comply to verify they are eligible to win.
17. Winners must inform mo.be store once they have received their prize and post on social media to confirm this. The winner acknowledges indicate his/her understanding and acceptance of these terms.
18. It is the sole responsibility of each winning entrant to claim their prize and provide the correct shipping address. Mo.be store is not liable to re-send the prize once it has been shipped from our end.
19. If for any reason a prize remains unclaimed 48 hours after a notification has been sent to the relevant winning entrant, the competition will be redrawn. The winners of the unclaimed Prize draw will be notified by Instagram DM and the winner(s) after claiming the prize will be congratulated.
20. All participants acknowledge that mo.be store has the right to publicize and publish his / her name on their social media platforms.
21. be store is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this competition.
22. The prize is as stated, and no cash or other alternatives will be offered.
23. The prizes are not transferable. Prizes are subject to availability and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.
24. Winners will be announced on 25^thSeptember 2020. Winners will be picked randomly through a draw system.
25. The winners will be notified by DM by the 25^thof September 2020. If the winner cannot be contacted or do not claim the prize by 26^th September 2020, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner through another random draw.
26. be store reserves the right to change the dates of the giveaway should they wish.
27. The promoter will notify the winner of a tracking order once shipment has been made. Once the product is shipped, mo.be is not liable for any issues occurring during transit or any loss of parcel.
28. The promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
29. By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
30. The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by Singapore law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
31. The winner agrees to the use of his/her name and image in any publicity material, as well as their entry. Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current data protection legislation.
32. The personal information of winners may be provided to others assisting, including Prize suppliers and deliverers, and to authorities that regulate this Competition. If an entrant does not truthfully provide all requested personal information, the Promoter may determine that they are not eligible to win the Prize.
33. The winner’s name will be posted after confirmation and acceptance of prize on our social media to congratulate them. Entry into the competition will be deemed as acceptance of these terms and conditions.
34. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Instagram or any other Social Network.
35. be store reserves the right to cancel the competition if circumstances arise outside of its control.
